Resumen
AVS Records and Information Management (RIM) work involves creating and implementing record management policies, managing digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing the entire records lifecycle from creation to disposition, analyze organizational needs, develop filing systems, conduct audits, manage records retention schedules, provide training on proper record handling, formulate policy, and conduct program outreach.

For additional information please view the complete OPM qualification standard for the Group Coverage Qualification Standard for Safety Promotion Specialist Records and Information Management Series, 0308 To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV FV-I, FG/GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Experience includes: Experience using automated systems and technologies to analyze records and information management (RIM) business processes. Experience providing advice and guidance to records liaisons and records custodians on RIM lifecycle requirements. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
